Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment gateways. LA Trades does not hold buyer funds directly.
Specific payment terms are negotiated between buyers and suppliers. LA Trades provides escrow services for high-value transactions when requested.
LA Trades acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for payment disputes between buyers and suppliers, though we provide mediation services when needed.
Respecting and protecting innovation
LA Trades platform, including software, designs, and business methods, is protected intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our proprietary technology.
You retain ownership of content you post. By using our platform, you grant us a license to use your content for service provision and improvement.
You must respect all intellectual property rights of third parties. Do not post or share content that violates patents, trademarks, copyrights, or trade secrets.
We implement measures to protect intellectual property on our platform, including confidentiality agreements and secure data handling. Report IP violations immediately to support@latrades.in.
Fair and efficient conflict resolution
Parties should first attempt direct negotiation to resolve disputes amicably.
LA Trades provides mediation services to facilitate fair resolution between parties.
Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under Thiruvananthapuram jurisdiction.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, India, unless otherwise agreed by all parties.
